Landscaping company connects 15 tools and runs 62 AI workflows in two weeks
Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions · Alton, IL, US ·
What they did
Element Turf (about 25 people in 8 crews, roughly 1,075 properties) had Aspire, ClickUp, BambooHR, Gusto and Google Workspace that didn't talk to each other. Owner Krysta Mueggenburg set up the Viktor AI assistant on April 1, 2026. Each weekday at 6:30 AM it reads photos of handwritten crew sheets posted in Slack and checks them against Aspire clock-ins, flagging mismatches and missing sheets. Equipment issues posted in Slack become ClickUp repair tickets, and scanned handwritten property inspections are read, tagged in Aspire and filed.
Reported results
- 62 automated workflows running across 15 connected tools after two weeks
- Cancelled a $3,000-a-year training software subscription after the assistant documented and indexed the company's SOPs
- 30 handwritten property inspections processed at the time of writing

Every morning, read the photos of today's handwritten crew sheets, pull out crew, property, hours and equipment checks, and compare them to clock-ins in our field software. List any mismatches, missing sheets or blank equipment checklists for the operations manager.
