Roofing company replaces paper quotes and paid measurement reports with a custom AI-built platform
Good People Roofing · Not disclosed ·
What they did
Good People Roofing was paying $6 to $15 for every roof measurement report, typing proposals by hand and following up from memory. ParaWav built it a custom platform with Claude Code: roofs are traced from satellite imagery from an address, a seven-question quiz on the site and in ads books inspections straight onto the calendar, and one click drafts three priced proposal packages from the measurement and inspection. An in-app assistant answers who needs follow-up and prepares texts or scheduling, but sends nothing until a person taps Confirm.
Reported results
- About 3 seconds from an address to a traced roof, at cents per measurement instead of $6-$15 a report
- 5 to 10 hours of the owner's week saved on average, per the builder

Using this roof measurement and inspection report, draft three proposal options (good, better, best) with materials, warranty and price from my price sheet: [paste]. Write a short, plain cover note for the homeowner. Don't send anything; give me the draft to review.
